United Merchant Services, Inc(UMS)는 뉴저지에 본사를 20년 전통의 카드 결제 전문 회사로써 미 전역에 있는고객에게 신용카드 및 비현금 결제 서비스 제공하고 있습니다.
그외에도FlexGift®와 같은 Giftcard Loyalty 프로그램,자회사인 UP Solution을 통한 POS 시스템, 휴대폰을 통한 모바일 결제 시스템 등 고객이 필요한 모든 제품과 서비스들을 제공하여 최적의 환경에서 비지니스를 하실 수 있도록 돕고 있습니다.
직원 규모로는 미국내 130여명의 직원이 있으며, 한국지사에 40여명의 직원이 있습니다.

NJ Hackensack본사에서 merchants/ sales partners들을 응대하여 주실 Customer Support직원을 아래와 같이 모집하고 있습니다.


Responsibilities
-Responsible for inbound/outbound calls for merchants and agents
-Troubleshoot terminal /POS problems in hardware and software
-Provide professional, courteous, responsive and accurate service regarding general payment processing questions in call center environment.

Qualification
-Good oral and written communication skills
-Professional telephone etiquette
-Able to work nights and weekends as well.
-Good knowledge on terminal functionality and download file is a plus
-Bilingual in English and Korean / Chinese is a huge plus
